Smallest TASUEDite – “Despite being happy with my stature there are times when I feel frustrated, annoyed and angry because of the way people act around me”.
Adeosun Oluwademilade is a 100 level student of English department in Tai Solarin University of Education (TASUED)
She’s the only daughter out of her parent’s children.
She was born and bred in Lagos State but she’s an indigene of Ogun state.
She finished her secondary school education in 2018 at His Grace College Lagos state and she gained admission into higher institution just a year after leaving secondary school.
Speaking about her early admission and how she feels about her stature she said, “it feels great and I thank God for the early admission.
So far, I feel happy with those who are responsible but the irresponsible ones ask irrelevant questions”
She further stated that despite feeling happy; there are times when she feels troubled, frustrated, annoyed and angry because of the way people act around her when they see her.
According to her, “I feel pressurized like I’m special they don’t make me feel among they make me feel like I’m something that isn’t worth it”.
she also mentioned how at times lecturers come into the class and ask her if she should is in a kindergarten class and how old is she; makes her cry and question God at times as to why he didn’t make her like other people even though some people tell her that she’s not a dwarf that she was created like this for a reason.
She says, “when I’m down I talk to God, elderly people or my mum to console me and my mum tells me always to concentrate on my studies and my major aim here which is to make a first-class and I must achieve it!
Therefore, everyone should be expecting me to be a first-class student’s because that’s my aim and objective; even though my first semester was frustrating and annoying”. Smallest TASUEDite
