TASUED Students Union set to Host 2019 Trade Fair

The Students Union of Tai Solarin University of Education (Emancipation Team 2018) is set to host the biggest and one of its kind trade fair at the month of June 2019.

Toward a great successful Trade Fair, the Director of Welfare, Com. Odunyemi Babatunde David inaugurated 16man committees to ensure a successful hosting.

The Director of Welfare, Com. Odunyemi noted that the trade fair which will hold between 10th to 17th of June 2019 in the front of the Students Union Building to boost the economy and support entrepreneurship spirit among students.

He said that this year Trade Fair is the going to be the best its kind in the history of TASUED, consisting of a five-day trade show that will provide a platform for sharing trade, investment and market information and will enable buyers and sellers, investors and countries to meet, discuss and conclude business deals.

The event will also provide an opportunity for exhibitors both students and other other enterprise to showcase their goods and services, engage in business-to-business exchanges and conclude business deals.

The Students Union President, Senate Olamide Adeboun said that the union would continue to be a centre of innovation and encouragement to see the our student entrepreneurship spirit active , as we would continue to create the enabling environment for businesses to thrive through business-friendly event and initiatives.

He said, that the participation of the students Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) at the fair, would stimulate demand for their products; facilitate inflow of capital through exposures and networking; boost productivity, peace and profitability.
